Tortilla Papdi Chaat is one easy way of enjoying street food at home with less stress. Buy some tortilla's from the market cut them in pieces and do some magic and serve.
The idea of using tortilla instead of papdi was given by my kitty friend,which she brought as her treat for the party...from then on i used tortilla wraps as replacement(you know i love easy recipes which tastes great).If you taste this,i am sure you won't waste time in making papdi for chaat.
Today's recipe is yummy delicious even though there is no onions or potatoes and even chaat masala in a chaat...let check how and what to get for this chaat.

serves:1-2
1 cup:250 ml
1 tablespoon: 15ml
1 teaspoon:5ml
Tortilla's : 1
Boiled Chickpea/Chana: 1/4 cup (i used canned chickpea)
Tomatoes finely chopped: 1/4 cup
Cucumber finely chopped: 1/4 cup
Onion finely chopped: 1/4 cup(optional and i didn't use)
*Green Chutney for drizzle
*Tamarind Sauce for drizzle
*Sweet Chilli Sauce for drizzle
Sweet Yogurt for drizzle[add sugar to plan yogurt and whisk well)
Roasted Cumin Powder for sprinkling.
Sev for garnish
Coriander chopped for garnish
Oil for frying
*sauces are easily available at indian store
Cut all the veggies finely and keep it a side.
Cut the tortilla wrap in bite size pieces.
Heat oil and fry the tortilla pieces until golden brown on both side.
On plate place all the tortilla pieces and top of it place chickpea,cucumber and tomatoes. Now start drizzling sweet yogurt,green chutney,sweet chilli sauce and top it up with sev and coriander.
Tips:
i have done for one tortilla piece but for feeding the crowd do it on plates
