Paneer is unsalted Indian cheese which is very much famous in south east asia (India and its neighbours). Paneer is good source of calcium and protein and great alternative of non veg.Paneer can be easily made at home using just two ingredients (i.e Milk and lemon juice/vinegar) and is easily available at any super market.And in East India paneer is the ubiquitous Chenna ,all sweet dishes in Odisha,Bengal and Assam are made from Paneer.Chenna is a crumbly and moist form of Paneer. Paneer is so versatile that we make use of it in preparing starters, Salads, Smoothies, curries, Parathas, flavoured rice and desserts.
