Hi friends, today's recipe is Dry fruit ladoo. This ladoo is very easy, quick and healthy. The good thing about this ladoo is , its no sugar, no jaggery used in it and the sweetness comes from dates and which also acts like a binder for the ladoos.
Ladoos are very common and famous dessert in India, these are made with lentils, semolina, coconuts, and with many more things. Ladoos are famous for special occasions and during festivals like diwali, holi, rakhi and also as edible gifts during Eid, Christmas.

Level: Easy
Makes: 10 -12 ladoos
1 cup: 250ml
1 tablespoon(TBS): 15ml
1 teaspoon(tsp): 5 ml

Ingredients

Ghee (butter) :2 TBS
Cashew :50 gm
Almond: 50 gm
Walnut: 50 gm
Dates : 175 gm (pitted dates)
Poppy Seeds: 1 TBS

Desiccated Coconut : 2 cups
Condensed Milk:1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder: 1/2 tsp
Rose Syrup: 2 TBSP


Directions

Heat butter in a pan, add cashews, almonds and walnuts, fry until colour changes on medium flame. Keep them aside and Let the dry fruit cools down and then blend to coarse powder. Keep aside
Add dates in remaining ghee and fry until dates becomes soft and then add poppy seeds and fry for 30secs more. Make smooth paste and then Add to dry fruit mixture and mix well with hand.
Make small walnut size ladoos.

Hi friends, today's recipe is quick easy and instant recipe for sweet treat. This is one of the quickest laddu's to make, its called Rava Ladoo.
Ladoos are one must sweet during festivals like Diwali, Holi seasons. We have many variations in ladoos made with different ingredients from lentils, milk and so on...
Today's ladoo is Rava ladoo is one famous ladoo from India made with rava(suji , Semolina), coconut, ghee and dry fruits.

Level: Easy
Makes: 10 -12 ladoos
1 cup: 250ml
1 tablespoon(TBS): 15ml
1 teaspoon(tsp): 5 ml

Ingredients

Ghee (Butter) : 3 TBS
Raisins : 2 TBS
Cashews : 2 TBS chopped
Semolina(suji, rava) : 1.5 cups
Desiccated coconut: 3 TBS
Sugar: 3/4 cup
Warm Milk: 1/3 cup
Cardamom Powder: 1/2 tsp

Directions

Heat Ghee in a pan and then add raisins and fry until it puffs up and then place it aside. 
Add cashews, fry until golden brown and keep aside.
Add semolina and fry for 2 mins on medium flame and then add desiccated coconut, sugar and fry for 1 more min on low flame.
Add cardamom, fried raisins, cashews and milk; mix well and turn off the flame and close the lid for 5 mins.
Mix the mixture and then make laddus of desired size.

Hi friends, today's recipe tasty, quick and easy to make veg curry. This curry is made with Ridge Gourd . Ridge Gourd is called Turai in hindi and Beerakaya in telugu. 
Today's recipe is no tomato curry and this is made with milk as base of the curry. In Andhra Pradesh, Ridge Gourd ( Beerakaya) is made in many variations and today i am sharing with milk as one common way to make curry. This curry is made in no time and is best with both chapati and rice .

1 cup: 250ml

Ingredients

Oil- 2TBS
Cumin - 1 tsp
Chana Dal Rice -1 TBS
Green Chillies - 4-5 cut
Curry leaves - 1 spring
Onion - 1 LARGE
Ridge Gourd - 500gm
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Milk - 125ml
Coriander chopped for garnish

Directions

Peel and wash Ridge Gourd/turai/beerakaya and chopped in small pieces.
Heat oil in pan and then add cumin, chana dal, curry leaves, green chillies and fry for 30 secs.
Add chopped onion, turmeric, salt, curry leaves and fry until onion transparent and then add Ridge Gourd and cook covered until ridge gourd turns soft.
Now add milk and cook until desired consistency and then add chopped coriander and then cook for a minute and serve hot with roti or rice.

Heat oil in pan and then add cumin, chana dal, curry leaves, green chillies and fry for 30 secs.
Add chopped onion, turmeric, salt, curry leaves and fry until onion transparent and then add Ridge Gourd and cook covered until ridge gourd turns soft.
Now add milk and cook until desired consistency and then add chopped coriander and then cook for a minute and serve hot with roti or rice.
