Today's recipe is simple easy and tastes delicious and is best with Roti and Rice. I love adding lamb to variety of veggies to give extra kick to veg curries and different taste to regular ones. But i add lamb to veg curries once in a while as family is not found of nonveg that much.

1 cup: 250ml
1 tablespoon: 15ml
1 teaspoon: 5 ml

Lamb : 250 gm(boneless)
Cluster Beans /Gawar ki palli /Goruchikkudu: 250 gm
Onion: 1 medium( 100gm)
Tomatoes: 1 (100gm)
Oil: 2 tablespoons
Fenugreek Leaves/Meethi : 1/4th cup
Chilli Powder: 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder: 1/4th teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander for garnish
Directions
In pressure cooker add lamb, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt,oil and 1/2 cup of water and pressure cook for 4 to 5 whistles. Set aside and let it cool completely.
Now add tomato , fenugreek leaves to lamb and cook until tomatoes are mushy and then add cluster beans mix well and cover the lid and cook for 10-15 mins until beans are cook completely.
Stir in between, add water if required (i added 1/2 cup) and cook until beans are cooked.
Now add garam masala powder and chopped corainder leaves and cook for another 2 to 3 mins.
Serve hot with roti/rice

Just last night I said it is hard to get cluster beans here, and guess what - I have them now! I was so surprised and thought of you first! LOL. I think it is over a year since I used cluster beans! Alahamdulillah! This is an awesome recipe and I am sure we will love it...
