The addition of fenugreek not only adds bitter taste to it, but also helps ferment the dosa batter.
Compared to the traditional dosa recipe, it has a savoury and bitter taste. The first bite may be awkward for you, but as you start having it, you would certainly start love it. Perfect ferment batter is less bit less bitter than unfermented batter.
Fenugreek Seeds are bitter and quite healthy when taken in less quantity and this is one best way to feed the seeds to family.
